To apply for admission to St Lawrence Primary School for any of the following:
- Three-Year Old Pre-Kindy
- Kindergarten (Kindy)
- Pre-Primary
- Years One to Year Six
The application form below needs to be completed for each child seeking a place at St Lawrence Primary School.
Copies of the following are also required:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptism Certificate
- Immunisation Records
- A non-refundable application fee of $25.00 per student
- Parish Priest Reference Form (if applicable)
