VISION FOR LEARNING
Our vision is that St Lawrence is an outstanding Christ Centred school where staff and students have a passion and a love for learning within a nurturing community. Students feel safe to take risks, learn from failure and understand the relationship between effort and success. Rich learning environments reflect innovative and creative practice that engage all our students and prepares them for the future. Staff are reflective, informed, collaborative and unified in approach. There are clear expectations of teaching and pedagogical practice that is data informed and includes non-negotiables. Carefully planned professional learning opportunities foster collective efficacy and lead to actions that enhance and improve the learning experiences and outcomes of our students.
